In order to return an item, you must login to your account and complete an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request. Upon approval, you will be emailed an RMA number and return instructions.
Damage during shipping:
For your protection, all items shipped from Zephyr Kites are insured with the shipping company. If a package appears damaged, do not accept the delivery. If you find the item is damaged after delivery is accepted, you must file a claim with the shipping company. We are not responsible for damages incurred during shipment.
